SafetyBench isn't a staffing list. When a client engagement comes in, whether it's an incident investigation, a COR audit, or a Serious Injury and Fatality (SIF) risk review, we match it to a professional whose background actually fits the work, and that person delivers it directly. No layers, no name attached for credibility while someone else does the job.
You set the terms of your own availability. Take the engagements that fit your schedule and expertise, pass on the ones that don't. There's no requirement to be full-time, no non-compete locking up your other work, and no obligation beyond the engagements you agree to.
We're selective about who we bring into the network, because our clients are trusting us to send someone who already knows the work.
We don't run a formal posting-and-application process, engagements come up as clients need them, and we keep a working list of professionals to match against.
